Treasure Hunt: Out of the Frying Pan, Into the Fire is a Side Quest in Velen.

The treasure is located north of the Reardon Manor. Once there you will  see several level 9 ghouls prawling the area. You can choose to fight them off or just sneak past them.

There is a small cellar near one of the huts. Use your telekinectic blast to open the doors. Once doors are open go down the cellar and loot the body. On the body you will find a letter.

Read the letter then follow the marker to the treasure. The treasure is located on a small hill in the back, hiding partially in a hut.
